Steve Bellone is the new Suffolk County Executive after winning Tuesday's election. This arises a few questions when it comes to the Islanders arena situations. How does the change of county executive effect the talks between Wang and Suffolk? Does he support the idea of having the Islanders in Suffolk? Does this change in leadership reset everything between Wang and Suffolk County. The only thing that will answer these questions is time. Hopefully time and Steve Bellone are on the Islanders side when it comes to getting a new arena.
